Presentation:

Thomas Reed gave a presentation on why he is asking the town to apply to the APA to amend their map.  The Town’s zoning does not match the Adirondack Park Agency zoning and his property falls into two different zoning classes.  The Adirondack Park Agency Map Amendment Application 2019-1 is a proposal to reclassify a portion of land under the APA map in an area between Hidden Valley Rd and Route 9N in the town of Lake Luzerne and was previously denied without prejudice and can be resubmitted.   The public was present for the presentation and many have a lot of questions, most are not in favor.

A public hearing was set for April 19, 2022 at 7pm in the meeting room of the Town Hall Complex.  Zoning Enforcement Officer, Karen Putney will send out

Letters to all required property owners near the location.

Deputy Town Clerk will contact webmaster to have this notice and meeting put on the Town’s website and a legal notice will be posted in The Post Star.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned with all in favor.

Respectfully submitted,

Lorri Holcomb

Deputy Town Clerk
