Lake Luzerne Senior Center: Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Swing by the Lake Luzerne Senior Center for a 75-minute vinyasa flow yoga! Mats will be placed 6ft apart. No props, food, or beverages will be provided. Participants must bring their own mats, blocks, straps, and any other supplies needed for their practice.
