If you or someone you know is facing Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other chronic illness, it’s never too early to put financial plans in place. Join us to learn tips for managing someone else’s finances, how to prepare for future care costs and the benefits of early planning. This program is presented in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Disease Caregiver Support Initiative, the Center for Neurobehavioral Health at SUNY Plattsburgh and is supported in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health.
