Adirondack Folk School’s Herbal Electuaries & Truffles w/ Margo Mullein

Satisfy your sweet tooth while nourishing your body with Herbal Electuaries and Truffles! People have been getting nourishment from plants since the beginning of time. Discover the delight of combining simple pantry ingredients with wild crafted herbs to make candies that are both delicious and nutritious. We’ll discuss the health benefits of each of our ingredients, including chocolate, and then the aprons will go on! Participants will go home with a lovely batch of Herbal Electuaries and two types herbal truffles, each decorated with your choice of toppings.
NOTE: We will be using nut products during this course. Bring your own apron.
