2nd Annual HLPTSA Cardboard Boat Race

The race is on once again! The Hadley-Luzerne PTSA is bringing back the Cardboard Boat Race on Sunday, June 12th. All boats must be made prior to the event, and created entirely out of cardboard and tape to hold the racers inside and for the boat to float—no sharp objects allowed. Racers should bring their paddles, oars, and creativity! Life jackets are mandatory for participants.
Registration begins at 12:30 PM at Benjamin C. Butler Pavilion Park, with the race commencing at 1:00 PM. Racers will start at the pavilion and make their way across to Wayside Beach.
