2021 Road Trips

Transportation is limited to six people if you are able to drive yourself and meet us at the destination you are welcome to join us. Payment in full for each event will reserve your seat. Registration is still on a first come, first serve basis, so the sooner you sign up the better. Lake Luzerne residents will be given preference.

We have rated each trip based on the approximate level of exertion required. Level 1 is the easiest, level 2 is moderate walking and level 3 involves more time walking (possibly on uneven ground) and standing throughout the day which may include stairs. Please take these levels into consideration when choosing the trip that is right for you.

Heart Healthy Salad To Go | Thursday, June 10th 12:30
We have made soup in a jar for a Christmas gift now we are going to make salad to go in a mason jar. Come out and get some new ideas from Marybeth Mitchum on healthy salads and join us for a taste testing of what we make. The Mason jar is perfect for layering ingredients, for storing in the fridge, and then -with a shake- combining everything together for a quick, delicious lunch that you can feel good about. We will make a salad dressing that is heart healthy that will compliment our salad.

The cost of this event is $5.00 per/person and you will leave with two salads in a jar and home made salad dressing. This event is limited to ten people and will be held in the Senior Center dinning room. All CDC guidelines will be followed.
