Lake Luzerne’s Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) consists of five members, all of whom are appointed by the Town Board of Lake Luzerne. The purpose of the ZBA is to render determinations where variances from the zoning code are requested and hear appeals from applicants seeking interpretations or reversal of determination by Lake Luzerne’s Zoning Enforcement Officer.
