Lake Luzerne’s Zoning Board of Appeals

Lake Luzerne’s Zoning Board of Appeals [ZBA] consists of five members, all of whom are appointed by the Town Board of Lake Luzerne. The purpose of the town’s Zoning Board of Appeals is to render determinations where variances from the zoning code are requested, as well as hear appeals from applicants seeking interpretations or reversal of determination by Lake Luzerne’s Zoning Enforcement Officer. The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7 PM. Meetings are held in the Meeting Room at Lake Luzerne’s Town Hall Complex.
