Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) consists of five members appointed by the Town Board. Current ZBA members are:

• Stan Golberg- Chairman
   
• James Mandle
• Helen Hedger
• Dave Collins
• Donald Burnham
• Kathleen Hurley- Alternate

The purpose of the ZBA is to:

• Render determinations where variances from the zoning code are requested.
   
• Hear appeals from applicants seeking interpretation or reversal of determination by the Zoning Enforcement Officer.

The Zoning Board meets the 4th Thursday at 7:30 pm.
